Career Readiness Pathway
This initiative looks to promote and support our comprehensive Careers Readiness Pathway from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through Key Stage 5.
It details the school’s careers intent—promoting inclusion, equality, and future aspirations—and provides a progressive framework of age-appropriate activities designed to build employability skills and career awareness.
Each key stage includes practical experiences such as role play, enterprise projects, work experience, and employer engagement, ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for lifelong learning and successful transitions into further education, training, or employment.
